Meet Gayle:
Gayle is a trauma-informed therapist passionate about supporting teens, young adults, adults, and couples as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, overachievement and feeling stuck. She approaches the therapy space with warmth, curiosity, and a client-centered focus, creating a supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and safe to explore both challenges and strengths. Gayle is dedicated to helping people move toward clarity, balance, and meaningful growth by uncovering resilience and breaking free from unhelpful patterns.
She has a particular interest in holistic and alternative approaches to healing and is passionate about the potential of ketamine-assisted therapy (not currently offered at this practice). Gayle is currently pursuing training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) while developing somatic skills under the supervision of Sandra Lehmann, MC, LPC, SEP, REAT. She is also working toward her Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), further expanding her clinical expertise.
Gayle’s work is centered on helping individuals and couples build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
