Matthew is a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and genuine care to his work. He approaches therapy through a humanistic lens, believing healing happens in a trusting, collaborative relationship. Matthew helps clients set meaningful goals, deepen self-understanding, and move toward greater self-acceptance.
Matthew works with couples using Gottman Therapy and offers trauma focused care for individuals through EMDR and somatic therapy approaches to help clients heal from trauma and distressing experiences.
Matthew offers services to adolescents, adults, and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, burnout and life transitions. Matthew also offers a special focus on supporting medical professionals and caregivers experiencing compassion fatigue and emotional exhaustion. Clients describe him as calm, grounded, and encouraging- creating a space where they feel safe, understood, and capable of lasting change.
As a clinical intern, Matthew provides affordable counseling services under the supervision of Sandra Lehmann, MC, LPC, SEP, REAT.
