Sandra Lehmann- MC, LPC

Owner - Director - Supervisor - Licensed Professional Counselor

Sandra offers cutting edge therapy and supervision in counseling including: Somatic Experiencing, E.M.D.R., Expressive Arts Therapy, A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), CBT, DBT and Attachment focused work. Sandra worked at The Meadows Behavioral Health as a Trauma Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist training with world renowned leaders in the industry including, Peter Levine, Pia Melody & Claudia Black. Sandra also has advanced training in Somatic Experiencing with Kathy Kain. Sandra also worked as Director of Counseling Services at a private university providing outreach, building programs, and managing and supervising associate level counselors.  Sandra is also a certified guidance counselor in the state of Arizona and has experience working with children and teens and with schools.

Ariah Washington- MS, LAC

Licensed Associate Counselor- Therapist

Ariah Washington is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and received her masters degree in clinical counseling from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. Ariah works from a developmental background, using cognitive approaches to help children and teens manage a variety of age-related issues. She also works with adults who experience challenges with anxiety, depression and an array of life stressors.  Ariah works with diverse populations and specializes in LGBTQ and multicultural issues. If you are looking for a therapist who will walk with you on your journey of healing, Ariah is the therapist for you.

April has over 20 years of combined experience with administrative duties in the medical, mental health and legal fields. April has also worked in higher education at a university counseling center providing assistance with scheduling, intakes and triage. April’s hobbies include gardening and equine activities.  April has been married for 25 years and has three grown adopted children.  She is warm, welcoming and enjoys helping people on their life journey.
